The adidas Tubular Shadow a bit different

The adidas Tubular Shadow adidas tubular releases in another all-black theme that follows up the previous pirate black and suede versions. What’s a bit different for this pair is its upper made of mesh for its blacked-out look. Finishing details include matching rope style laces and branding on the tongue and heel, and a rubber sole that completes the design.

We have to admit, we were not the biggest fans of the very first adidas Originals Tubular silhouettes. A first translation of the ever popular Y-3 Qasa into the adidas Originals range, the silhouettes seemed a little too simple and chunky for our taste. Since then Tubular has evolved a lot and it seems like the German sportswear giant is only really getting started, having added many new Tubular styles, with slimmer silhouettes and outer soles, as well as more luxurious upper materials and construction. Adidas Originals releases the adidas Tubular X Primeknit Gum Pack that consists of a Crystal White and Core Black colorways of the adidas Tubular adidas tubular shadow knit Primeknit silhouette.

Both pairs are completely built with Primeknit uppers highlighted by their “X” design in either White or Black on the heel area. Each are finished with Gum Tubular soles wrapping the back area and extending onto the midsole.
